ThinkBig Dolls & Ninja
Client: Gretchen Diaz
Collaborator: Ivan Bonilla Santini
ThinkBig Dolls are a concept design for dolls with an education purpose, but without leaving the funky freshness out. My role in this project was to construct the conceptual and the artistic direction within the doll's web community, all the way through pre production process of both physical and digital phases.
ThinkBig Academy
was the concept to bring 4 characters to life; where they would deploy their experiments.

Community
Play, Make, Achieve is the motto for the designed community for the characters (dolls) to develop their monthly experiments. Families could log in to play with others. Extending the dolls life into an educational experience; rather than a traditional model of playing.
Conceptual App Mockup
The app is part of the extended life of the dolls.
Bundle of THINKBIG Academy Dolls.
My Team designed a bundle or package that provided the end user a Doll, with empowerment tools & a kit of DIY experiments.

The Ninja!
Procrastinations has its perks... A ninja is born procrastinating on clerical stuff, when you fly solo. Or Should I say desperate to hire an administrative partner.
I admit... this was procrastinating.
sketches of what i called the think big Ninja. Inspired by my first nephew Sebastian, think big ninja has an awkward little body.
illustration
I gave it a real identity! The thinkBig ninja is a stationary helper, where depending on the position the ninja is practicing is the use of the stationary. If he is meditating, he becomes a paper wight; but if he is attacking he is holding the pen so on and so fourth.

I rapid prototyped the sh***t out of it!!!!!
what would people think of it?
Rapid prototyping in 3D helped me go to people and ask them what were their thoughts on this procrastination. It turned out to be a project on the move!
